🔥 Hell Yeah Habanero Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Plump shrimp meets citrus, garlic, and the unapologetic heat of Saucy Beard BBQ’s Hell Yeah Habanero. These skewers deliver smoky, spicy, tangy perfection in every bite—perfect for cookouts, tailgates, or anytime you want to turn the heat up a notch.


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 ½ lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on optional)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp lime juice (plus extra wedges for serving)

  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ cup Hell Yeah Habanero BBQ Sauce (plus extra for brushing)

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional garnish)


🔥 Instructions

1. Prep the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss with olive oil, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

2. Skewer Up
Thread shrimp onto skewers (metal or soaked wooden skewers). Leave just a bit of space between each for even cooking.

3. Grill
Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill skewers 2–3 minutes per side, basting with Hell Yeah Habanero BBQ Sauce during the last minute.

4. Finish & Serve
Remove from grill, brush lightly with extra sauce, and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges and plenty of napkins.
