🍖 Sweet Sinister Pulled Pork Sliders

🍖 Sweet Sinister Pulled Pork Sliders

Step into the dark side of BBQ. Sweet Sinister balances a smooth, bold sweetness with a medium heat finish that sneaks up just right. Slow-cooked pork soaked in this sauce makes sliders that are smoky, juicy, and just wicked enough to keep you coming back.

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 8–10 sliders)

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder (Boston butt), trimmed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 cup Sweet Sinister BBQ Sauce (plus extra for serving)

  • Slider buns (8–10)

  • Coleslaw (optional topping)

🔥 Instructions

1. Prep the Pork
Rub pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.

2. Slow Cook
Place pork and onion in a slow cooker. Add apple cider vinegar. Cook on low 8 hours (or high 4–5 hours) until tender and shreddable.

3. Shred & Sauce
Shred pork with two forks. Mix in ½ cup Sweet Sinister BBQ Sauce, adding more if needed.

4. Build Sliders
Pile pork onto slider buns, top with coleslaw (if using), and drizzle with extra sauce.
