🛒 Ingredients (Serves 8–10 sliders)

2 lbs pork shoulder (Boston butt), trimmed

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

1 small onion, sliced

½ cup apple cider vinegar

🔥 Instructions
1. Prep the Pork
Rub pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
2. Slow Cook
Place pork and onion in a slow cooker. Add apple cider vinegar. Cook on low 8 hours (or high 4–5 hours) until tender and shreddable.
3. Shred & Sauce
Shred pork with two forks. Mix in ½ cup Sweet Sinister BBQ Sauce, adding more if needed.
4. Build Sliders
Pile pork onto slider buns, top with coleslaw (if using), and drizzle with extra sauce.
