🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

🔥 Instructions
1. Prep the Chicken
Pat thighs dry. Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
2. Grill
Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill chicken, skin side down, for 6–7 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook another 15–20 minutes until juices run clear (165°F internal temp).
3. Glaze
During the last 5 minutes, brush chicken generously with Tipsy Peach BBQ Sauce. Flip once more and glaze again for sticky caramelization.
4. Serve
Rest 5 minutes, garnish with parsley or green onion, and serve with extra sauce on the side.
